Comprehensive Building Analysis Reports

A narrative and detailed construction analysis of Permit Plans, Project Manual and Specifications compared to existing field conditions, including digital photos, for homeowner’s associations and condominium management companies in conjunction with developer building turnover.

Forensic Analysis Tainted Drywall / Gypsum Board

An on-site, non-destructive examination (NDE) and analysis of residential systems and components using an established and field tested Foreman and Associates, Inc. proprietary protocol.  Examination includes but is not limited to air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems to confirm evidence of tainted drywall.  Analysis is followed by a resolution consultation with the homeowner and an optional written report to document findings.
