Founded in 1999 by Michael S. Foreman, Foreman and Associates, Inc. is a Sarasota-based full service construction consulting firm serving commercial, industrial, homeowner’s association, high-end residential, law firms and banking clients throughout the United States.

Foreman and Associates, Inc. is a full service, Comprehensive Forensic Construction Consulting Firm with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry. We specialize in water intrusion, defective construction, Tainted Corrosive "Chinese" Drywall or Gyspum Board, related analysis, testing, and proprietary corrective repair and treatment protocols, in addition to our standard, condominium reserve expenditure planning, formulation of construction specifications, management of construction activities for commercial and large scale residential projects, and detailed forensic analysis and testing of specific problem areas for lawyers, home owners, and management companies. We place emphasis on forensic analysis, planning, scrutiny of cost / benefit relationships, and long term effects of the job properly done.
